What does an account cost?
Creating an account is free. You pay only for the labels you buy, from your prepaid balance.
What file do I upload for bulk labels?
A .csv or .xlsx file with up to 350 labels, one row per parcel. Signed-in accounts can download a sample file that shows the columns.
What happens to rows that have a mistake?
You check every row before you buy. Rows that cannot be read are skipped and never charged.
How do I add credits?
Online with crypto from the Add Credits page, or through your account manager. Credits show in your balance and Balance History as soon as they are added.
Can I sell labels to my own customers?
Yes, with a dealer or reseller account: you open accounts for your customers and set the prices they pay. Contact us to set one up.
